We will email you the final version to watch together, with flexible options available for families with up to three children. ✨
What to Have Ready Before Ordering
✅ Your child's first name and age.
✅ Two photos of your child for the one-child video, or one portrait of each child for the two-child and three-child videos.
✅ A photo of Mom or another loved one.
✅ A photo of Dad or another loved one.
✅ A photo of a letter to Santa, a drawing, or a gift. You can also choose Surprise and use the included image for this slot.
✅ A photo of a familiar room or place.
✅ There are six photo slots in the one-child and two-child videos, and seven in the three-child video. Clear phone photos work well. JPG, PNG, and iPhone HEIC files are supported.

How many photos do I need to upload?
The one-child and two-child videos have six photo slots. The three-child video has seven. If you choose Surprise for the gift slot, you can use the included image there.
Can I place an order for more than one child?
Yes. Choose a video for one, two, or three children. Each child's details are included in the same Christmas story.
Can I use photos from my iPhone?
Yes. We accept JPG, PNG, and HEIC files. HEIC photos are converted automatically during upload.
Can I write my own messages?
Yes. Where a message option is available, choose a suggested message or write your own, up to 125 characters including spaces and punctuation. Listen to the generated voice preview before confirming it.
How will I receive my video?
We'll email a download link to the address you enter at checkout within two hours after payment is confirmed and your order details are complete. The link stays available for 45 days after delivery. Download and save your video so you can keep watching it after the link expires.
Can I change a photo after cropping it?
Yes. Before submitting your personalization, you can crop it again, replace it, or remove it.
Do I need to add a message to every photo?
No. Add a message only where the form offers that option. The other photos just need to be uploaded and cropped.
What happens after I order?
We create your video using the details, messages, and photos you submit, then email your download link. If the email hasn't arrived by the promised delivery time, check Spam or Junk. ✨
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Production begin as soon as payment is confirmed. Once production has started, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds. If the video isn't delivered, won't play, or contains an error we made, we'll help resolve it under our Refund and Cancellation Policy (/policies/refund-policy). Your rights under applicable law still apply.
Is the video made with AI?
Yes. Santa's character and voice are created using artificial intelligence. Your selected or written messages are converted into speech for the video. It is a personalized prerecorded story, rather than a live call or a custom recording by a human actor.
What kinds of photos work best?
Choose clear, well-lit photos with faces visible and looking toward the camera. Avoid blurry or very dark images, heavy filters, and photos that contain private information.
