Shipping policy

All Get Santa Video products are delivered digitally. We do not mail a physical product, and there is no physical shipping charge for the video.

When your video will arrive

We email your video download link within two hours after payment is confirmed and all required personalization details are complete, unless a different delivery time is clearly disclosed and accepted before you pay.

If information is missing or needs clarification, we will contact you. Please review your order carefully and enter an email address you can access.

How delivery works

The link is sent to the email address provided at checkout. If it hasn't arrived by the promised time, check Spam or Junk and then email office@getsantavideo.com with your order number and checkout email address.

Do not forward your download link publicly. Anyone with access to it may be able to view or download your personalized video.

Download access

Your download link is available for 45 days after delivery. Download the file and save it to a location you control before the link expires.

You can continue watching the downloaded copy after online access ends, subject to the license in our Terms of Service (/policies/terms-of-service). We do not promise permanent hosting or restoration after the retention period ends.

Format and compatibility

The video is delivered in Full HD 1080p. You need an internet connection, enough storage, and a compatible device or video player. Watching on a TV or projector depends on the equipment and the playback method you use.

If you're planning a family gathering or an internal company event, download the video and test playback beforehand.

If there is a delay or delivery problem

If we cannot meet the delivery commitment, we will notify you and offer a revised time that you can accept, or cancellation of the undelivered order for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and refund the payment.

If the supplied file is damaged, incomplete, or otherwise fails to match your order, contact us so we can provide an appropriate remedy.
