One video for an individual or a group

The personalization form has separate fields for up to three people. Enter their first names and the other requested details, then choose or write messages for each of them.

To include more people, mention additional names in the custom messages and use group photos. The number of names you can include depends on what fits within the available message fields. Each custom message is limited to 125 characters, including spaces and punctuation.

The Christmas story

Santa Village takes your group past Santa's fireplace, into the study where he checks his list, and through the elves' workshop. Along the way, Santa shares your chosen greetings and shows the photos you upload.

What you can personalize

For each of the first three people, the form offers a first name, age, favorite activity, praise, a special message, and Santa's greeting. Shared fields let you choose a suggestion and an everyday detail for the group.

Use the available suggested messages or write your own where offered. Keep the tone friendly, and avoid private information or jokes that might embarrass someone.

Write the words Santa will say

Type your message, select Generate and Listen, and listen to the preview. If it sounds right, choose Confirm Message. You can also edit and generate it again before confirming.

For example:

- “Alex, Jamie, Taylor, and Sam, you've made this a wonderful year. Merry Christmas to the whole team!”
- “Hello to the sales team! Santa sends a big thank-you for your hard work and all those happy customers.”
- “To my wonderful friends, Emma, Noah, Olivia, and Ben: sending Christmas cheer from the North Pole!”
- “Your team has earned a cozy break, a warm drink, and an extra Christmas cookie. Merry Christmas!”

If a name is pronounced incorrectly, adjust the spelling used for pronunciation and listen again before submitting.

The seven photo slots

1. The first person or a group.
2. The second person or a group.
3. A group photo that fits a vertical 4:5 crop.
4. A shared memory, such as a party, trip, or day at the office.
5. A gift, achievement, or surprise. You can also choose Surprise and use the included image.
6. A meaningful place, such as the office or a favorite room.
7. The third person or a group.

You can add a custom message to five of the photo slots where the form offers this option. Each message can contain up to 125 characters. Use clear, well-lit images and keep everyone you want to show inside the crop.

Only use photos and personal details you have permission to share. Check that workplace images don't reveal customer information, private documents, or confidential material.

How to order

1. Select the three-person package used for adult and team videos.
2. Enter the first three people's details and personalize the individual and shared messages.
3. Fill the photo slots, using group photos and additional names where appropriate.
4. Review the previews, enter your email address, and complete payment.

Delivery and permitted use

We'll email your Full HD 1080p video download link within two hours after payment is confirmed and your order details are complete. The link is available for 45 days after delivery. Download the file in advance and check that it plays on the device you plan to use.

Personal viewing, private sharing, and playback at your organization's internal holiday event are covered by the license in our Terms of Service (/policies/terms-of-service). Contact us before using the video in advertising, public promotions, paid events, or content you intend to monetize.

How the video is made

Santa's character and voice are created with artificial intelligence. The text you select or write is converted into speech. The finished product is a personalized prerecorded entertainment video, rather than a live appearance or a recording of a human actor reading your messages.
